REASONS TO BUY

  1. Excellent performance for the price
  2. Cheapest 240hz monitor available
  3. Frameless design
  4. Quality construction
  5. Highly functional stand
  6. Included speakers

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Poor viewing angles with TN panel
  2. Low color fidelity
  3. Low-quality speakers

I wonder if 240Hz is ephemeral, but it’s a big puff that you shouldn’t give to do such a high reflation sushi! It can be expensive, so it’s like Acer XF250QCbmiiprx. Nanasu. Acer can also get the highest priced grades on the list, with the potential to be both gaming and compimuteing.

The Acer XF250Q Cbmiiprx uses an FHD (1920 x 1080) display with a refresh rate of 240 Hz. Today, most monitors with such high refresh rates use FHD resolutions to consistently provide that speed. A 24-inch monitor (like this one) or a 27-inch monitor will not suffer from the lack of a QHD or UHD display, although it may appear stretched to a larger size.

To provide a low cost and high refresh rate, Acer chose TN panel technology for this monitor. In fact, most monitors on this list will be VA or TN panels. TN panels are basically the oldest flat panel technology still in use today. This is because, with some drawbacks, it works very well with two important indicators: response time and refresh rate, which are required for high-performance games.

The refresh rate is the number of times an image can be refreshed per second, while the response time is the time it takes to change the color displayed by each pixel. Long response times can lead to problems such as ghosting. Ghosting can show the entire afterimage behind subsequent colors and, in extreme cases, fast-moving objects.

Response time is most commonly measured in GTG milliseconds (gray to gray). This is the time (in milliseconds) it takes for a pixel to transition between grayscales. There are usually other metrics related to vendor-supplied context boosts. The Acer XF250Q Cbmiiprx GtG has a response time of 1ms, which is generally considered peak performance and should virtually eliminate ghosting issues.

The major drawback of TN panels is that they have a fairly limited viewing angle. If you recently noticed that you can see most screens, regardless of angle, without distortion or color inversion, this is because the industry has largely abolished the TN panel, which is the main cause of this problem.

Also, the contrast and color accuracy are significantly inferior. That’s why this monitor isn’t suitable for multi-display settings. If you are a creative professional, you may want to avoid this monitor altogether.

Using a monitor with a refresh rate can cause so-called screen tearing. This is an issue where the monitor and GPU are out of sync and the screen tries to display two different images. Most game monitors usually use adaptive synchronization technology, which is limited to one of the major GPU brands, to solve this problem.

For AMD GPUs, you need a monitor with FreeSync, and users of Nvidia GPUs need G-Sync. If you’re using a monitor that can sync for free with your Nvidia card (or vice versa), you can still use the screen, but not adaptive sync. This monitor offers free synchronization.

Acer sells it as a bezelless monitor. That is, the bezel is kept to a minimum (dark areas around the edges of the screen). It has fewer bezels than a normal screen, but you can definitely see monitors pretending to have no bezel.

In addition, the stand is a pure feature that allows you to raise, lower, tilt, rotate, and rotate the screen, giving you complete control to optimize your viewing angle. Also compatible with 100mm VESA mounts.

Oddly enough, this monitor has speakers. Many budget (and even more expensive) monitors don’t do this. That’s because they are often inferior in quality to cheap headsets and pairs of external speakers. It’s only 2W, so it’s not very powerful and the sound is weak, but if you don’t want to tweak the external sound system, it’s there.

In terms of connection, the monitor has two HDMI ports, a display port and an audio line output jack, which provide the basic functionality for connecting devices.

Finally, Acer’s warranty covers both missing dots and bright pixels (pixels that remain locked at maximum brightness levels, also known as hot pixels). However, you need to be careful about whether it actually interferes with the monitor. That is, there must be several, at least one in the center quadrant of the screen.

Overall, this is honestly a good monitor for money, but more importantly for you, this is the cheapest way to get a 240Hz display. Great for competitive games, but if you want a more relaxed game, watch lots of movies, or edit photos and videos, you can buy a second monitor for these tasks.

2. AOPEN 27HC5R Zbmiipx

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Very budget-friendly
  2. Thin bezels
  3. Great performance for the money
  4. Curved display for more immersion
  5. Cheapest 27” 240hz display available
  6. Decent response time

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Low-quality speakers
  2. Warranty is somewhat restrictive

The name AOPEN may be unfamiliar, but if you’re used to looking for cheap parts, you’re used to coming across names that aren’t very familiar.

Fortunately, unlike many of these brands, AOPEN is a well-established brand, a former Acer division that stands out for its success. Rest assured that many of these products are included in industrial media and display equipment, so you can get one that meets your specifications at the lowest possible price. The AOPEN 27HC5R Zbmiipx (lovingly named Fire Legend) is a 27-inch curved monitor that does just that.

The 27-inch is the perfect edge for curved screens, but it takes advantage of the FHD (1920 x 1080) display and 240Hz refresh rate. This provides a clear and immersive gaming experience.

Like most curved monitors, the AOPEN 27HC5RZbmiipx uses a VA panel. These panels are generally suitable for high contrast, including dark black, but they also have low color fidelity. Response times are not always as good as the TN panel, so use Turbo Visual Response Boost to increase your own response time, simulating 1ms response time during high-performance tasks.

In addition, their promotional material promotes Adaptive-Sync technology, but note that this only applies to AMD FreeSync, so Nvidia users may not be taking full advantage of this screen. give me.

I don’t have a bezel yet, but I suspect the monitor doesn’t have a bezel either. Moreover, it’s not as bulky as many curved monitors in this price range. The wide stand provides good stability, allowing you to move the monitor up and down and tilt it to the proper viewing angle. Also compatible with 75mm VESA mounts.

The monitor has two built-in 2-watt speakers, which saves you the trouble of having a headset at hand, but it doesn’t provide high-quality sound, especially in music and movies. The rear port contains one audio output, two HDMI and one DisplayPort. This limits the line output connector, but makes it easier to connect a monitor.

Since AOPEN is distributed by ACER in most countries, we use the same warranty for missing dots and bright pixels for 3 years, assuming that one or more pixels interfere with the central monitor.

Overall, the AOPEN 27HC5R is an attractive, high-performance game monitor ideal for fast-paced and competitive games. It’s also ideal for anyone who wants to spend the least amount on a 27-inch 240Hz curve monitor. This is the cheapest option currently available.

3. AOC C32G2ZE

SpecificationsDetails
Screen Size31.5″
ResolutionFullHD (1920 x 1080)
Panel TypeVA
Aspect Ratio16:9
Response Time4 ms
Refreshing rate240 hz
Brightness300 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio1000:1
CurvedYes
InterfacesDisplayPort, 2x HDMI

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Plenty of screen real estate
  2. Cheapest 32” 240hz monitor available
  3. Excellent price for size and performance
  4. Curved display for more immersion
  5. Best warranty in the business
  6. Attractive gaming design

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. The display feels stretched in some contexts
  2. Limited adjustability

AOC is a well-established company for game monitors, budgets, etc. They are often found on such lists as they consistently offer the best performance at that price. At least the warranty on gaming monitors is the best in the industry. Combined with these elements and their high quality, the AOCC32G2ZE has become one of our favorites with its low cost 240Hz monitor.

It’s a 32-inch curved monitor, and 1920×1080 can feel a bit stretched, so its size makes it the first monitor to actually choose between resolution and refresh rate.

Since this is a curved monitor, we will use a VA panel. It usually has good contrast, but is desaturated in certain areas. AOC attempts to solve this problem using the sRGB 123% color gamut. The problem is a bit oversaturated to prevent the colors from appearing whitish. This can reduce some accuracy, but this is usually only an issue if you are editing photos or videos on your monitor.

In addition, AOC increases the relatively slow response time normally seen on VA panel monitors by leveraging context gains that provide 0.5ms MPRT (Video Response Time). It’s not as clean or consistent as its sibling’s GtG response time, but it eliminates ghosts.

If you have an AMD graphics card, you can enable FreeSync to eliminate ghosts and reduce stutter and lag depending on where these errors occur. Nvidia users may not have a smooth experience because they cannot use these features.

In terms of design, the monitor is a bit bulky. This is not unexpected for a curved monitor of this size. The stand uses slanted legs instead of a flat platform to provide sufficient stability without taking up too much space.

Unfortunately, the stand can only be tilted, limiting the viewing angle, but the monitor is compatible with VESA mounts, so you can replace it with a more flexible one if needed.

This monitor does not have speakers. This may be great, but experience shows that it’s never a good thing. Also, there is no audio output jack. That is, you need to connect speakers or a headset to your computer. This can result in smoother audio control in some cases. There are two HDMI ports and a DisplayPort port. That is, there are different connection options for multiple displays.

As mentioned earlier, AOC offers the best warranty of any gaming monitor with bright pixels and missing pixel coverage for 3 years. There is no limit to the location or number. It also covers accidental damage during the first year of ownership.

If you really need a large display and a 240Hz refresh rate, the AOCC32G2ZE is the cheapest way to solve the problem. The only real downside is 1080p, which stretches a bit on a 32-inch screen, but at the expense of choosing from the cheapest 240Hz monitors.

4. AOC C27G2Z

SpecificationsDetails
Screen Size27″
ResolutionFullHD (1920 x 1080)
Panel TypeVA
Aspect Ratio16:9
Response Time1 ms
Refreshing rate240 hz
Brightness300 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio3000:1
CurvedYes
InterfacesDisplayPort, 2x HDMI

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Sharp, immersive display
  2. Great performance for the money
  3. High-quality build
  4. Thin bezels
  5. Attractive gaming design
  6. High refresh rate and response time
  7. Excellent warranty

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. No audio options
  2. Some washed-out colors

If you were a fan of the 32-inch AOC from the previous list but wanted something a little smaller or cheaper, this is exactly what you were looking for. This is a 27-inch curved monitor with all the benefits you would expect from an AOC gaming lineup.

The FHD (1920×1080) display provides game details, and high refresh rates and response times further improve game performance. AOC uses MPRT gain to reduce response time to 0.5 ms, providing highly crisp and responsive images.

You might have expected to use a VA panel because this is a curved monitor, but you were right. They provide the best performance for curved monitors, especially those that require high response times and refresh rates. Again, this comes at the expense of some color richness, but still provides a good contrast with dark black.

Adding AMD Freesync will further improve the performance of your game. This will prevent problems that may arise from missynchronization between your monitor and GPU, especially tearing.

This monitor features a silver leg stand that looks like a gaming monitor and is a bit more sophisticated. It can be lifted, lowered, and tilted, but it cannot be rotated or rotated. It is also compatible with VESA.

Your sound is limited for this monitor. There are no speakers or audio jacks. I don’t consider this an obstacle as it can be easily resolved by connecting speakers or headsets to the computer. However, there are various display connector options with two HDMI and one DisplayPort.

AOC monitors make up a large part of what’s permanently on the same list, covering bright and broken pixels for three years after purchase and a disposable cover for one year after purchase.

Overall, the AOC C27G2Z is exactly what we imagine when thinking about budget game monitors. It has a great number of performances, a little gaming talent, and above all, an affordable monitor with a great guarantee. This is perfect if you need the best “budget” 240Hz monitor for your game.

5. Acer Nitro XZ270 Xbmiipx

SpecificationsDetails
Screen Size27′
ResolutionFullHD (1920 x 1080)
Panel TypeVA
Aspect Ratio16:9
Response Time 5 ms
Refreshing rate240 hz
Brightness250 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio4000:1
CurvedYes
InterfacesDisplayPort, 2x HDMI

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Slimmer construction
  2. Excellent performance for the money
  3. Quality construction
  4. Curved display for more immersion
  5. Comprehensive adaptive sync
  6. Included speakers

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Speakers are low quality
  2. Somewhat restrictive warranty

The Acer Nitro XZ270 Xbmiipx is a plain curved monitor that offers excellent gaming performance.

The curved 27-inch screen balances dimensions without giving the FHD (1920 x 1080) display a stretchy feel. In addition, the 240Hz native refresh rate is perfect for competitive games.

Like most VA panel monitors, the colors are slightly faded and offset by good contrast. The native response time is a bit short, about 4m GTG, but with a context boost, it is boosted to 1ms VRB (visual response enhancement). This is slightly better than the equivalent MPRT, but still not so good. As a native 1msGtG.

With the update of Adaptive Sync Technology, it can work with all AMD cards and most Nvidia cards, making this monitor more flexible in terms of tearing and reducing lag.

The XZ270 has also become a bezelless monitor, but the bezel is so large that it will not be completely seamless when used as part of a multi-monitor. The stand is simple yet fully functional and can be up and down, tilted and rotated (but not rotatable). In addition, it is compatible with VESA mounts.

Like the other Acer products on this list, it has two 2W speakers, which may be useful for fast apps and notifications, but with the power to provide an immersive experience when playing games and movies. The sound quality is insufficient.

Finally, Acer’s warranty is good because it covers both bright and dead pixels, but it’s somewhat offset by the requirement that some centered pixels are defective before the warranty covers it. Will be done.

Overall, the Acer Nitro XZ270 Xbmiipx is a cost-effective monitor and one of the cheapest 240Hz monitors currently available. It’s not the cheapest product on the market, but it’s a great combination of quality, performance and price.

6. LG UltraGear 27GN750-B

SpecificationsDetails

Aspect Ratio16:9
Response Time1 ms
Refreshing rate240 hz
Brightness400 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio1000:1
CurvedNo
InterfacesDisplayPort, 2x HDMI, 3x USB

REASONS TO BUY

  1. High-performing IPS panel monitor
  2. Sharp, quality display
  3. Versatile stand and mounting
  4. Lots of support for peripherals
  5. Attractive aesthetics
  6. Nvidia G-Sync

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Short warranty period
  2. Most expensive on the list
  3. No speakers

LG doesn’t have to be introduced as a brand, the LG UltraGear 27GN750-B offers everything you’d expect from an electronics giant decades ago. You don’t have to think about perfection. However, for this monitor, if you don’t have a price, you should consider being at the top of the list.

This is one of the few flat panel options on our list. So if you don’t mind the tendency of curved monitors, here’s the best option. This is a 27-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) display that looks sharp and is suitable for multi-monitor work, but there is no benefit to using such a high refresh rate on a side monitor.

What surprised us most about this monitor was the IPS panel monitor. Today, IPS panels have become the standard for most monitors due to their wide viewing angle and high color fidelity. The exceptions are curved monitors and monitors that require very high performance levels such as refresh rate and response time.

However, this is an IPS panel monitor with a refresh rate of 240Hz and a GtG response time of 1ms. This means that you get the best overall performance without sacrificing the performance normally required.

In addition, LG uses Nvidia G-Sync for adaptive sync technology, so gamers using Nvidia graphics cards can adjust their monitors and graphics cards to adjust refresh rates and integrate smoothly with each other. Will be.

The stand is not stable against your back, so you need to be careful when adjusting it, but overall it is highly functional. It can be tilted, tilted, and rotated, making it ideal for multi-monitor displays. In addition, it is compatible with 100mm VESA mounts, but the mounts fit into the frame more often than many monitors, so the measurements need to be very accurate.

Given the price, no speaker is difficult to hold up, but it can still be a good speaker. The great thing is that it has an audio jack and you can easily add external speakers. Peripherals are also widely supported. Two USB ports, two USB upstream ports, two HDMI ports, and one DisplayPort.

Finally, LG’s warranty covers both bright and dead pixels, but is limited to one year. The warranty itself is excellent compared to others, but it can take a little longer, especially for cheap monitors.

All in all, the LG UltraGear27GN750-B is by far the most powerful monitor on our list. It’s still a cheap 240Hz monitor, but it’s the most expensive here when compared to the monitors on this list. For this reason alone (and with a short guarantee), I had to move it in the rankings. That said, if you’re willing to spend a few more dollars, at least you won’t be disappointed.

7. Lenovo Legion Y25

SpecificationsDetails
Screen Size24.5″
ResolutionFullHD (1920 x 1080)
Panel TypeIPS
Aspect Ratio16:9
Response Time1 ms
Refreshing rate240 hz
Brightness400 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio1000:1
CurvedNo
InterfacesDisplayPort, HDMI, 4x USB 3.0

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Excellent performance for the money
  2. High-quality construction
  3. Bright, accurate display
  4. Lots of support for peripheral devices
  5. Great warranty
  6. IPS panel provides excellent colors and viewing angles

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. No speakers
  2. Only one HDMI port

Even for more powerful gaming products, Lenovo tends to prioritize pure functions and ignore forms. The Legion Y25 is no exception, with a simple block design but amazing game performance.

This is a 24-inch flat panel monitor that, like most 240Hz displays, offers FHD (1920×1080) resolution. It is also an IPS panel, and recent advances have made it a viable option for such high refresh rates. This means that you get high color accuracy (99% sRGB) and you can see this monitor from a wide angle. The response time is as good as 1ms, and the ghost problem is fixed in the first place.

If you get one of Nvidia’s new cards, there’s even better news. This monitor is compatible with Nvidia G-Sync for even better performance and no image tearing. If you have an AMD graphics card, you can continue to use your monitor. There is an increased risk of display synchronization issues such as tearing.

The monitor itself is block-shaped, but has few bezels and has the smallest bezel on the list. The stand has wide-angle legs for more stability in less space. It can also be up / down, tilted, swiveled, and swiveled. Optionally, it can also be attached to the stand using a VESA compatible mount.

I was a little surprised to find that the mesh on the back of the monitor wasn’t really a speaker, but there’s plenty of space to connect speakers and headsets (including removable headphone hooks).

In terms of connectivity, the monitor is equipped with five USB ports, providing excellent support for a variety of peripherals, with one HDMI and one DisplayPort.

Lenovo’s warranty is also very good, including three years for defects, giving you even more peace of mind when buying a cheap gaming monitor.

Overall, the Lenovo Legion Y-25 is a high-performance, high-quality monitor that raises awareness of the Lenovo brand in both the industrial and gaming industries. This is a great option, especially if you’re looking for an affordable, flat 24-inch, 240Hz monitor.

8. Dark Matter by Monoprice

SpecificationsDetails
Screen Size27″
ResolutionFullHD (1920 x 1080)
Panel Type IPS-type AHVA
Aspect Ratio16:9
Response Time1 ms
Refreshing rate240 hz
Brightness500 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio1000:1
CurvedNo
InterfacesDisplayPort, 2x HDMI

REASONS TO BUY

  1. IPS-type panel with high gaming performance
  2. Attractive gaming design
  3. Excellent performance for the money
  4. Rich and accurate colors
  5. Quality construction
  6. The warranty covers single defective pixels

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. No speakers
  2. Warranty only 1 year
  3. Bulky power cords

Monoprice is a new brand monitor, but since it hit the market, we have been striving to be number one. They may not have reached that yet, but dark matter is a strong candidate, especially for something at this price.

Like most monitors at this refresh rate, it’s an FHD (1920 x 1080) display and looks sharp enough on such a 27-inch monitor.

The main reason we put this monitor on our list is that it uses an IPS panel for its display, similar to the LG Ultragear. IPS panel monitors are highly regarded for their wide viewing angle and ability to reproduce rich and accurate colors.

This is an advantageous option as it can be costly when trying to provide a high level of performance. Response time uses congestion acceleration. This creates a response time of approximately 1 millisecond to eliminate ghosts.

To reduce screen tearing, lag and stutter, the monitor uses AMD freesync technology and can adjust the frame rate for smooth synchronization with AMD GPUs.

This monitor has a small bezel, which can be a disadvantage for some users. It’s quite high above the stand, but you can adjust the height and tilt the monitor. There is no rotation or rotation function. If you want to use it as part of a multi-monitor setup, additional initial setup is required. Alternatively, it can be mounted on a 100mm VESA mount.

There are no speakers here, but this helps keep the price of the monitor itself down, and the monitor’s built-in speakers are notorious for their poor quality. On the bright side, there’s an audio output jack and a USB port, giving you plenty of audio and other peripheral options. It also has two HDMI ports and one DisplayPort.

Finally, Monoprice’s warranty covers both bright and dark pixels, even in isolation, but lasts only one year. For cheap monitors, a longer warranty is better, but one year should be long enough for serious problems to occur.

The Monoprice Darkatter is a relatively simple monitor with amazing performance for the price. Large enough to be used alone, small enough to be used as part of a multi-monitor display and versatile, but one or two cheap siblings for side monitors are available increase.

9. Sceptre C325B-FWD240

SpecificationsDetails
Screen Size31.5″
ResolutionFullHD (1920 x 1080)
Panel TypeVA
Aspect Ratio16:9
Response Time1 ms
Refreshing rate240 hz
Brightness280 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio 4000:1
CurvedYes
InterfacesDisplayPort, 3x HDMI

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Large display
  2. Good color fidelity
  3. Great gaming performance
  4. High-quality construction
  5. Lots of connectivity

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Short warranty period
  2. The 1080p resolution is stretched on 32” screen
  3. Limited adjustability

Sometimes you need a large display, a high refresh rate, good color accuracy, and more. The Scepter C325B-FWD240 offers everything. At the very least, we’ll offer you as close as you can reach everything for $ 1,000.

Let’s start with one bad thing about this monitor. Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution on such a large screen is not as sharp as that on a small screen. It may appear a bit stretched, especially when viewing detailed photos and videos. For dynamic games (the main ones that need such a monitor), we recommend this monitor as you won’t notice anything.

Although this is a VA panel monitor, Scepter has put a lot of effort into setting up and designing the panel to avoid the common blurry color issues commonly found on VA panel monitors. The C325B-FWD240 offers 99% sRGB color gamut, literally representing millions of colors fairly accurately. Black is still not as dark as some other panels, so you may not get the sharp contrasts of a TN or IPS panel.

Also, the response time is 1ms measured by MPRT and should eliminate ghosts, but it may not be as easy as achieving the same effect with GtG’s own response time.

If you’ve had tearing or other synchronization issues between your monitor and GPU in the past, don’t worry. The Scepter C325B-FWD240 uses AMD FreeSync to solve tearing and related issues.

The C325B-FWD240 is also a thin side compared to what you would expect from a curved monitor that is often bulky to accommodate the power and wiring needed to provide high performance. A stand with a wide hollow frame design was needed for added stability, but the monitor can only be tilted over a very narrow range of movements (about 5 degrees).

If you need to change the angle or height of your monitor frequently, we recommend that you consider the VESA mounts that this monitor supports.

In addition, it has two built-in 3W speakers, which provide better power and sound quality than is often found on built-in monitor speakers. They aren’t great yet, but they give you a little more flexibility in choosing the sound system and how long you want to use.

As for the video port, there are a total of 3 HDMI ports and 1 display port. In short, there are plenty of options for connecting other display devices.

And finally, the warranty isn’t as good as we want, and there is a warranty that lasts only one year. We hope that monitors, especially more expensive and high performance monitors, will last longer.

Due to the level of performance you get, the price of the Scepter C325B-FWD240 is surprisingly good. It’s by no means the cheapest monitor on our list, but in terms of price and performance, it’s currently one of the best monitors on the market.

10. VIOTEK GFT27CXB

SpecificationsDetails
Screen Size27″
ResolutionFullHD (1920 x 1080)
Panel TypeTN
Aspect Ratio16:9
Response Time5 ms
Refreshing rate240 hz
Brightness400 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio1000:1
CurvedNo
InterfacesDisplayPort, 2x HDMI

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Included RGB ring at the back
  2. Decent performance for the money
  3. Highly versatile stand
  4. Good color fidelity
  5. Decent for a multi-monitor setup

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Poor viewing angles (TN panel)
  2. No speakers
  3. High response time

The Viotek GFT27CXB can be placed next to the other two monitors on this list and you will barely notice the difference. What makes it special is the RGB ring on the back.

This isn’t a common feature of monitors, especially at this price point, but it can add visual appeal to your game station or add immersiveness when syncing with RGB control software.

This is a 27-inch flat panel monitor with an FHD (1920 x 1080) display and a 240Hz refresh rate. Ideal for multi-monitor setups, without the fact that you are using a TN panel. These panel types offer high refresh rates and response times at low cost, but reduce viewing angle and contrast.

However, the color accuracy is surprisingly good at 99% sRGB, making this monitor one of the few affordable gaming monitors that can also be used as a creative workstation.

Unfortunately, the native response time is 5ms GtG. This isn’t very good at this price either, so I’m wondering if it’s worth using a TN panel. There is an OD context gain that can simulate a 1ms response time with reasonable accuracy, but not as good as the other TN panel monitors on the list.

The monitor uses AMD FreeSync for adaptive synchronization, but advances in technology have also made it compatible with Nvidia GPUs, maximizing performance regardless of component.

In addition, the stand is extremely versatile and can be lifted, lowered, tilted, rotated and rotated. If you need more mobility, it’s also compatible with 75mm and 100mm VESA mounts. This makes it a great multi-monitor display if it isn’t offset (albeit slightly) using a TN panel.

There are no speakers here. Not surprisingly given the price, an audio jack makes things a lot easier. In terms of connection, there are two HDMI ports and one DisplayPort, so you can easily connect multiple devices.

Like everyone else, Viotek’s warranty presents a complex situation. It covers a single missing dot for 3 years, but due to a defect you will need some bright pixels (minimum 4) before replacing the monitor.

Overall, the Viotek GFT27CXB is a decent option when it comes to cheap 240Hz gaming monitors. It does have some drawbacks that most monitors on this list don’t reach, but it still performs well and offers some interesting features.

Conclusion

If you’re using a 240Hz monitor, it may be designed for fast-paced games. That is, response time must also be taken into account. If all other factors are equal, the decision should depend on the fastest GtG response time possible. However, there may be other priorities when it comes to monitors.

The cheapest 240Hz monitor available in 2021 has been rounded up primarily for the price. You can move exactly what you need from your monitor up or down the list.
