motherboards with rgb

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Incredible cooling capacity
  2. Excellent performance
  3. Support for overclocking and high-performing components
  4. Gorgeous RGB elements
  5. Lots of RGB presets
  6. High-quality build
  7. Great audio and internet solutions

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Worryingly limited warranty
  2. Expensive for an ATX motherboard

The MSI MPG Z590 Carbon EK X stands out for its built-in liquid cooling capacity and two separate RGB zones. Combined, the MPG Z590 Carbon EK X is a great RGB motherboard that will be the basis for any high performance build.

The main RGB zone is below and around the CPU socket and the included liquid cooling module, creating an impressive effect that highlights the liquid cooling side of the build.

The other is under the M.2 heat shield and the logo attached to it. This creates a cool secondary effect and avoids the problems that can occur with some RGB components where the LED is a single bright spot in the off area.

With direct access to both zones, 29 presets are loaded onto the motherboard for fast, easygoing and gorgeous RGB. If you want to program the LED and synchronize it with other LED-enabled components, you can link it to all major RGB control software, including Corsair’s iCUE. In addition, the board has 3-pin and 4-pin RGB connectors to help you complete your rig with a few more RGB components.

Apart from RGB lighting, the MPG Z590 is an ATX motherboard, which is the most common motherboard form factor, so it is compatible with most cases and most of the time you are thinking about it, including GPU or SSD redundancy. You can install the components of. ..

Due to the different mounting protocols between the major CPU brands, the motherboard can only hold AMD or Intel CPUs. Also, due to different power requirements, it is usually limited to one or two generations of supported CPU brands.

At the same time, the motherboard supports Intel 10th and 11th generation processors with LGA1200 sockets.

In addition, this motherboard supports a large amount of RAM, up to 128GB of DDR4 memory, and a wide range of RAM clock speeds. It starts at 2133MHz (usually the lower frequency available in DDR4) and can support up to 5333MHz, including when overclocking RAM modules to reach those speeds.

When it comes to component redundancy, this is one of the most well-equipped rgb motherboards. There are three PCI-E slots, so if you’re doing multi-GPU operation, or if you’re trying to use liquid cooling to maximize game performance, you can easily install a second or third slot. can do. Connect to this motherboard, which is further supported by compatibility with 3-way AMD Crossfire technology.

Similarly, it has three M.2 slots, all protected by a heat shield, allowing for a large number of embedded SSDs that support fast boot times and can limit the need for external storage to some extent.

If you’re a frequent gamer, or if you generally value high-speed Internet, you’ll appreciate 2.5 Gbps LAN throughput and 2.4 Gbps maximum Wi-Fi speed. Wi-Fi works well with the included antenna, but if you need it for online games, we recommend using a wired connection if possible.

In addition, there are numerous connection options. Nine USB ports, one USB-C port, one HDMI port, and one DisplayPort port. Music lovers will love this motherboard as it has a microphone and line output jack, surround sound support, and an optical cable. Includes additional cables such as SATA cables, USB sticks and leak testers.

Finally, MSI’s warranty is fairly limited, especially excluding many nasty incidents that can damage the motherboard, even if not the entire assembly. Be careful when pulling the trigger.

Overall, the MSI MPG Z590 Carbon EK X is a great motherboard designed primarily for hardcore gamers and water-cooled / RGB enthusiasts. The only real downside is the price and some limited guarantees. That said, if you’re trying to build an extreme rig in terms of both performance and appearance, it can be difficult to find a better one.

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Quality and bright RGB lighting
  2. Extra RGB Backlighting
  3. Top-of-the-line performance
  4. High-quality construction
  5. Extreme SSD support
  6. Blazing fast ethernet connection speeds

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Premium price
  2. Only connects with Aura Sync
  3. No DisplayPort

ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Extreme has a special focus, which is game power. This is a larger and simpler motherboard than most motherboards on this list. If you buy all the most powerful components for your build and need something to connect them without thinking about it, this is your choice.

For RGB, the additional size of ROG Maximus XIII provides additional LED coverage. There is a logo illuminated on the back and on the chipset heatsink. This is one of the more common configurations, but it has an LED strip at the rear end that gives this motherboard a backlit halo and actually raises the notch. ..

You can use ASUS Aura Sync software to sync and control all three zones. Don’t worry if you don’t get all the components from ASUS. Many third-party components are also compatible with this.

This is currently an ETX motherboard that is about 2.5 inches wider than the traditional ATX form factor. This extra space allows for additional heatsinks and other cooling solutions that help with overclocking and overall performance.

The EATX form factor was designed with additional GPUs in mind, but this motherboard has only two PCI-E slots. As promised, it supports one of the most powerful current generation Intel processors, not just the previous 10th generation. In addition, you can install up to 128 GB of DDR4 memory and the motherboard supports overclocking to 5333MHz.

Speaking of memory, this is where this motherboard actually has a total of 5 M.2 slots, allowing access to the amount of memory normally reserved for HDD racks, but in a much faster SSD format. is.

Like the rest of the motherboard’s ROG lineup, Maximus XIII promises 2.4Gbps Wi-Fi speed, but it also has two Ethernet ports. One for speeds up to 2.5 Gbps and the other for speeds up to 10 Gbps. Best internet support. You can get it.

As for the I / O ports, there are 8 USB ports and 2 USB Type-C ports, but only one HDMI port and no DisplayPort connector. The audio jack is of higher quality than most motherboards and includes two additional ports for surround sound in addition to the traditional line input, line output and microphone jack.

Finally, ASUS offers a limited lifetime warranty on gaming motherboards that covers structural and material defects.

In summary, if you need extra space, performance and connectivity for your EATX motherboard, ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Extreme is the way to go. Also, RGB is very good and there are many if you really like it.

Despite its unmistakable performance, it has some drawbacks, mainly in the form of expensive price tags. However, if you have a large budget, you won’t be disappointed.

motherboards with rgb

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Very attractive design
  2. Bright and crisp RGB lighting
  3. Supports a wide range of CPUs
  4. Great performance overall
  5. Plenty of PCIe slots
  6. Lots of storage support
  7. Rich I/O Panel

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Limited warranty
  2. Higher price

Theoretically, the words “steampunk” and “RGB motherboard” do not belong to the same sentence. But ASRock B550 Taichi makes it work. None of the gear works (or, in fact, it’s more than etched), but the metal fins and the matte copper look of the heatsink give this a feeling you wouldn’t normally get from a motherboard.

Unlike the other rgb motherboards on this list, this motherboard has three RGB areas, a logo in the upper left corner, an M.2 heatsink (mostly hidden), and along the edges to cover a wider area. There is an LED strip. Effect of. The two front RGB zones are slightly muted, but the sidebands make up for it. You can access all three directly or control them through the ASRock Polychrome software.

Today, ASRock B550 Taichi is an ATX motherboard, especially one of the cheapest RGB motherboards I’ve ever encountered. With support for 3rd and 4th generation AMD processors, it is also one of the most promising and compatible rgb motherboards on this list.

When it comes to memory, we get the gold standard. The RAM speed is great as it supports 3200MHz DDR4 (4733MHz OC), but if you need that much RAM you can install the standard 128GB. In addition, there are two M.2 slots that provide ample storage space for games and other important programs.

With only three PCIe slots, you can easily connect graphics cards and other expansion cards. In addition, there are two x1 slots to which you can connect a sound, network, or video card.

Its internet capabilities aren’t as fast as some more expensive gaming rgb motherboards, but they’re still very fast, up to 2.5 Gbps for LAN and up to 2.4 Gbps for WiFi. In addition, the I / O panel has extensive support for HDMI ports, DisplayPort, 7 USB ports, USB-C ports, headsets or surround sound.

Finally, ASRock’s motherboard warranty isn’t very good, but when it comes to rgb motherboards, the length and coverage are pretty average. A 3-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Overall, ASRock B550 Taichi is one of the most beautiful RGB rgb motherboards I have ever encountered. The color scheme combined with the vivid 3-zone RGB lighting is really impressive. The price may have been a bit low, especially for the B550 chipset, but the overall performance, quality, and really stylish design are worth it.

best rgb motherboards

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Powerful ATX motherboard
  2. High-quality construction
  3. Quality and bright RGB lighting
  4. Plenty of memory support
  5. Compatible with current-gen processors
  6. Lots of connectivity
  7. Excellent audio and internet support

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. RGB LEDs only connect with Aura Sync software
  2. Not enough RGB

ASUS Republic of Gamers can usually answer the question “what do you want for a game component?” Before you know yourself. ASUS ROG Strix Z590-E Gaming WiFi is a sleek and rugged motherboard with multiple RGB LED elements, compatible with all the high performance gaming components you need.

The RGB area of the motherboard is thinner than some of the other options on the list and is most often limited to the area around the logo next to the CPU socket and the SSD heatsink. RGB lighting, on the other hand, is very bright and saturated. In fact, when it comes to RGB lighting, ASUS is one of the best products, consistently offering high quality, immersive lighting products.

This is obviously a disadvantage if you’re going to brighten the room with a computer, but if you have a lot of other RGB components, especially CPU and GPU coolers, having these little items that don’t fight to get your attention can be a big problem. May be a plus.

In terms of compatibility, the motherboard is only compatible with ASUS Aura Sync, so if you want a unified effect, you need to make sure that all other devices can also connect to this software.

Today, the Strix Z590-E is an ATX motherboard and is the centerpiece of what is commonly referred to as the Mid Tower Build. This isn’t the biggest form factor, but it supports everything 99% of users, including the most serious gamers, need from their PC.

Due to the interoperability of the processor and the motherboard, this motherboard is only compatible with Intel’s 10th and 11th generation processors. Fortunately, these are Intel’s latest products, and the motherboard also supports the most powerful models in the lineup.

In addition, the motherboard has 4 DDR4 RAM slots, supports up to 128GB of RAM and operates up to 5333MHz. They far exceed the numbers and speeds used by most users, so you can scale up as much power as you need without hitting bottlenecks.

If you are installing multiple expansion cards or dual graphics cards, you will love the three PCI-E slots. If you haven’t considered it before, especially if you’re playing a competitive game in a graphics-intensive FPS game, video editing, or other resource-intensive task, we recommend you check it out. This motherboard can support the internet speeds required for games with 2.5Gbps LAN and 2.4Gbps Wi-Fi connections. You should test your router’s speed and connection stability to determine which option is best for you.

The motherboard has only one HDMI port and one DisplayPort port, but it usually runs the display via the GPU. There are also 7 USB ports (8 if you count the BIOS ports), 2 USB-C ports, 2 Ethernet ports, line inputs for microphones, line outputs, audio jacks, optical cable ports, and jacks for rear speakers. Subwoofer. All devices can be easily connected. In addition, there is ample storage space here with four M.2 ports for SSD storage.

There’s not much to say here about the contents of the package. Many additional connectors are not included with the motherboard. Only basic mounting items and two SATA cables are included.

Finally, the ASUS Motherboard Warranty is a limited lifetime warranty that covers material or manufacturing defects, but specifically excludes external factors such as accidents and misuse in the first place.

All in all, the ASUS ROG Strix Z590-E Gaming is one of Intel’s highest performance rgb motherboards with high quality RGB lighting. Sure, there are alternative rgb motherboards with more RGB, but this motherboard is a prime example of quality over quantity. In addition, the overall combination of quality, performance and appearance makes it perfect for any game build.

5. ASRock B450M Steel Legend

Storage Support2x M.2, 4x SATA 6Gb/s Ports
Video Ports1x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort 1.2
Warranty 3 years
best rgb motherboards

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Budget-friendly price
  2. Highly compatible
  3. RGBs are directly addressable
  4. Outstanding performance for the money
  5. Stylish metallic design
  6. Plenty of connectivity
  7. Quality construction

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. The lights feel a bit uninspired
  2. No wifi capability

ASRock B450M Steel Legend has some notable features. There are some minimal RGB elements, but the actual heading is a steel heatsink and metal camouflage pattern throughout the body that works in conjunction with subtle RGB lighting. You can decide for yourself if this image works. Another big reason it’s on our list is that it’s a small motherboard, especially in terms of price.

This motherboard has two RGB sections. One is on the back bezel and the logo is expected to be highlighted, but not here. The other is on the heatsink of the SSD, where you can actually see the light bulb itself.

In addition, you can use the controls next to these LEDs to access the light source directly. LEDs can also be controlled using ASRock Polychrome Sync, so when choosing this motherboard, be sure to look for components that can also be connected to this software.

This is now a MicroATX motherboard (sometimes called MATX) and is one of the smaller form factors available in tower builds. It’s shorter than a traditional ATX board, but with the same width, it requires less cooling space and can fit everything on an ATX board. Rgb motherboardsare compatible with AMD’s 3rd generation processors and tend to offer the best performance per dollar. This is another reason why this is a good budget.

In terms of memory, ASRock Steel Legend can support up to 128GB of RAM, but I’m not sure how much RAM will be useful in a mini build. It does not support very high RAM speeds and is limited to 3200MHz with minimal overclocking space.

As far as the PCI-E slot is concerned, there are two, but if you are considering doubling the number of GPUs, this motherboard is not suitable. In addition, it has two M.2 slots, which gives you a little more room for high-speed NVMe SSD storage.

For internet connectivity, the board provides a 1 Gbps Ethernet port, but unfortunately there is no Wi-Fi support. This is a cheap solution, but it’s a shame given that most rgb motherboards on the market today support some degree of Wi-Fi.

On the other hand, there are plenty of connections available, including 7 USB ports, 1 USB-C port, surround sound support, HDMI and DisplayPort ports.

And finally, the warranty on this board is also limited to 3 years, rather than the usual limited life provided by most rgb motherboards.

Overall, ASRock B450M Steel Legend has been added to the list primarily because of its status as a high-end low-cost motherboard. It’s not as clean or powerful as many other options on the list, but it pops up with unobtrusive RGB lighting in addition to everything you need for a high-performance budget build-if you’re looking for the best. Inexpensive RGB motherboard, this is unbeatable.

6. ASUS ROG Strix X570-I Gaming

Memory SupportDual Channel, 2x DIMM, Up to 4800 MHz, Max 64GB
 PCI-e Slots1x PCIe 4.0 x16
Storage Support1x M.2, 4x SATA 6Gb/s Ports
Video Ports1x HDMI 2.1, 1x DisplayPort 1.2
WarrantyLimited Lifetime Warranty
best rgb motherboards

REASONS TO BUY

  1. High-quality build
  2. Powerful RGB effects
  3. Excellent performance
  4. Enough connectivity
  5. Quality, bright RGB lighting
  6. Very space-efficient
  7. Supports a wide range of CPUs

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Less support for SSDs
  2. Pricey for a mini ITX motherboard

Although it may not be the impression you get from the first two entries on our list, ASUS ROG also manufactures smaller rgb motherboards. The Strix X570-I gaming motherboard is probably more fun, compact and cheaper than you might expect, but it can still serve as the motherboard of an attractive and powerful gaming build.

When it comes to RGB lighting, X570-I Gaming has two RGB sectors. A logo illuminated by the heatsink at the bottom and a row of LEDs along the back illuminate the rest of the PC. Other RGB components in the build.

These LEDs can be configured using the controls on the top of the motherboard or using ASUS AuraSync software. Again, when it comes to RGB, it may not look like much is being done on the board itself, but the lights are very bright and of high quality and work well with other RGB components. I can.

In addition, the Strix X570-I is a mini ITX motherboard, the minimum form factor for tower builds, and is synonymously called mini builds or ITX builds. Mini-ITX builds have two advantages: they are economical (not exactly the case here) and they can take on some creative forms and features.

This motherboard is compatible with 3rd generation AMD processors. These processors tend to be more commonly used in budgeting due to their high price / performance ratio.

Currently, there is only one PCI-E slot. This is the standard for this form factor and is sufficient for most users. In addition, the motherboard supports up to 64GB of RAM below 4800MHz, which is sufficient for most gamers. However, because there is only one M.2 slot, high speed SSD storage is limited to one drive.

When it comes to internet connectivity, this motherboard supports Wi-Fi or LAN connectivity speeds up to 1Gbps, so it’s not as fast as some of the premium rgb motherboards on this list, but you can get consistent internet performance.

In terms of connectivity, ROG X570-I Gaming offers 7 USB ports and 1 USB Type-C port, and a standard video port set with 1 HDMI port and 1 DisplayPort port is available. ASUS offers a limited lifetime warranty on all gaming rgb motherboards, including this one.

But if you’re looking for the best Mini-ITX RGB motherboard, there’s nothing better than this. It has high performance, abundant connections, excellent RGB lighting, and long-lasting quality. This is definitely a more expensive mini-ITX board, but the combination of style and performance is worth the money.

Video PortsN/A
WarrantyLimited lifetime warranty
best rgb motherboards

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Supports Threadripper and all supporting operations
  2. High-quality construction
  3. Three LED zones, including edge backlight
  4. Lots of RGB lighting on board
  5. Extreme RAM and storage support
  6. Lots of USB ports including two type-C ports
  7. Supports a 10 Gbps internet connection

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Premium price
  2. Only compatible with AURA Sync
  3. More power than most users will need

Before we dive into the ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha TRX40, we need to talk about overclocking. You’ve probably heard a lot about Intel processors being good for overclocking, but that’s almost true.

There is one big exception. It’s a huge outlier, AMD’s Threadripper. Threadripper is built for overclocking and works very well with proper cooling. In fact, it’s a record-breaking one. It’s also one of the most expensive processors on the market, with some versions of Threadripper available for over $ 4,000.

That said, the main reason to get Threadripper is if you’re a professional content creator who needs performance to be productive, or if you’re planning to overclock to melt a small computer. This motherboard.

Like the Maximus XIII in the previous list, this is another ETX board, but you’ll notice that it has a slightly different layout with eight RAM slots instead of the usual four. This enables a total of 256GB of high-speed memory RAM. Go with it limiting 4733MHz.

You will also notice that there are 4 PCI-E slots. This, in theory, allows you to connect multiple GPUs via AMD Crossfire or some other expansion card.

Also, like Maximus, this Zenith II Extreme Alpha TRX 40 has three LED zones, two of which have illuminated logos on the top left and bottom right of the front, but with the same strip of light on the back. There is a cool glow that extends farther than the light obtained by other methods.

Since the LEDs are for the ASUS platform only, you need to make sure that AuraSync can control the rest of the components.

Working on such a PC usually requires a high-speed wired connection. It is provided by Zenith II over both 10 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps Ethernet connections and Wi-Fi (2.4 Gbps connections).

In addition, there are 10 USB ports with 2 USB Type-C ports for the highest possible data transfer rate. As for the video port, there is no HDMI or DisplayPort connector, so you have to run all the displays through the GPU. In addition to line input and line output audio jacks and optical cables, it also supports surround sound.

Although Threadripper is intended for creative professionals, it’s technically just another gaming motherboard and is covered by ASUS’s limited lifetime warranty on parts and manufacturing.

This motherboard and the processor it was designed for are wasted on anything other than a professional workstation. If you plan to use it, RGB can bring color and excitement to your workspace. Someone else will lose a lot of money for power, of which they spend at most a quarter.

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Extreme performance
  2. Perfect for overclocking
  3. High-quality construction
  4. Sleek and stylish motherboard
  5. Bright RGB lighting
  6. Rich I/O panel

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. Only two M.2 slots
  2. No video ports
  3. Less RGB lighting
  4. Expensive

If you’re familiar with the Gigabyte Aorus series, you’ll probably associate the name with a rugged motherboard with steel inlays and fins, and bright full-display LEDs. This makes the X570 AORUS Xtreme’s sophisticated carbon construction and subtle RGB accents a pleasant surprise.

This motherboard has two thin RGB zones, one behind the accent on the back panel and the other under the heatsink next to the chipset heatsink.

You have direct access to the RGB lighting on your motherboard, but if you prefer, you can also control it using Gigabyte’s RGB software, RGB Fusion 2.0. Due to their position, these LEDs do not produce much light and can be dimmed if there are many other lit items.

The X570 AORUS Xtreme is an E-ATX format motherboard. That is, it is designed to be larger and support multiple GPUs, or to support additional cooling for more powerful GPUs. It offers outstanding performance with a large VRM solution and passive cooling system, making it ideal for extreme gamers and overclockers.

However, due to its large size, more attention should be paid to the case to fit larger rgb motherboards.

In terms of compatibility, the board is compatible with 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation AMD processors, so if you want to save money, you can go back to the previous generation (but the processor is). It’s literally the last place. You have to try to save money).

In terms of connectivity, this motherboard can support up to 128GB of 4400MHz RAM, supporting the speed and amount of RAM you need for more demanding tasks. It has two M.2 slots and can install multiple high speed SSDs. And finally, the board has three PCI-E slots for video cards and other expansion cards.

In addition, AORUS Xtreme supports the highest internet speeds currently available with up to 10Gbps Ethernet connectivity or up to 2.4Gbps Wi-Fi.

On the back, you have a variety of choices, including 11 USB ports, 1 USB-C port, 2 Ethernet ports, line in and out audio, subwoofer and rear speaker jacks. There is no visual connector, so if you need an HDMI or DisplayPort connection, you’ll have to do it over the GPU.

Finally, Gigabyte rgb motherboards come with a 3-year limited warranty that covers failures that occur during normal or proper use.

After all, the Gigabyte AORUS Xtreme is a premium motherboard with a premium price. Honestly, there aren’t many drawbacks other than price, so if you’re looking for a high-end motherboard with thin, high-quality RGB lighting, this board is for you-if you have the money, of course.

  3. No RGB on the back of the board

The Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Master is basically what you would expect from Aorus. A sturdy industrial board with fixed fins and heatsinks scattered on the surface. Immediately out of the box, it may look a bit organized, but once everything is installed, it looks much smoother and more solid.

This motherboard has 3 RGB zones. One on the back panel frame, the other on the chipset heatsink, and the other in the lower left corner of the motherboard, which may be hidden by the GPU.

The two primary RGB zones are bright enough to stand out and all three can be accessed directly or controlled by RGB Fusion 2.0. This is not a normal compatibility for non-gigabyte components, so be sure to take this into account when purchasing other RGB-enabled components.

Going forward, this is an ATX motherboard, but it feels spacious as there is a wide gap between the three PCI-E slots and the three M.2 slots. It is compatible several generations ago and supports 8th and 9th generation Intel processors. Especially if you use a PC for gaming, you can get a more powerful processor at a lower price by getting one of the higher versions of the 9th generation.

When it comes to RAM support, the motherboard can support up to 128GB of 4400MHz RAM. This is useful if you are looking for a simpler operation that allows you to add a bit more brute force attack.

When it comes to the Internet, it’s weird because the motherboard supports high-speed WiFi connections up to 1.73 Gbps rather than 1 Gbps LAN connections. Wired connections are usually more stable, so speed differences may not be as important in the long run.

On the back, there are nine USB ports, one USB-C port, a surround audio jack, and an HDMI port. In addition, like all Gigabyte rgb motherboards, the Aorus series comes with a 3-year limited warranty.

Overall, the Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Master is a great combination of performance, style and price. If you are using an older Intel processor and are looking for the best RGB motherboard to pair with, this is one of the best value for money.

best rgb motherboards

REASONS TO BUY

  1. Very budget-friendly
  2. Great performance for the money
  3. Decent RGB lighting
  4. Good support for SSDs
  5. Decent support for expansion cards

REASONS TO AVOID

  1. The only board with PCIe 3.0
  2. Worse performance than others
  3. Supports slow internet speeds
  4. Older model

The GIGABYTE B450 Aorus Pro is so simplified that I’m a little surprised that it still contains RGB LED components. Sure, it still has the characteristic steel fins found on most Aorus motherboards, but even those are more subdued. This is a very minimalist board and the price reflects that.

The B450 Aorus Pro’s main LED is on the top left logo and the chipset heatsink is on the bottom right. There is also a thin strip that runs along the lower left edge of the motherboard. These effects are bright but sparse and require a little tweaking to get the desired RGB glow.

These can be eliminated as part of the functionality of the board itself. If not, you will need to use RGB Fusion 2.0 software to fine-tune the colors and effects.

Today, the B450 Aorus Pro is an ATX motherboard that offers a variety of options for rigs. Compatible with the latest 3rd generation AMD processors, but not the latest. While the 4th generation has its advantages, it may be better suited for the 3rd generation processor as it is much more expensive and difficult to find inventories at this time.

RAM support may conflict with other rgb motherboards on the list. With up to 128GB of 3600MHz RAM, it offers a high level of performance for most tasks and gaming needs. In addition, there are two M.2 slots for SSD storage, and this low cost RGB light motherboard has another big advantage.

In addition, AORUS Pro has three PCI-E slots. This is probably more than you would need to budget anyway.

Gigabyte calls this a WiFi-enabled motherboard and supports Wi-Fi, but it only reaches 433Mbps, well below many other rgb motherboards on the list. However, the Ethernet speed is much better at 1 Gbps.

The port on the back looks a bit restricted. There are 5 USB ports, 1 USB-C port and only 1 HDMI port. It has connectors for line-out and surround sound, and an optical port. The panel also has a DVI port, but it is rarely used today.

As with all Gigabyte rgb motherboards, the warranty is limited to 3 years in case of failure during normal use.

In summary, the Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO Wi-Fi is a very popular and affordable motherboard with decent performance and very affordable price. Sure, the board doesn’t have many RGB LEDs, but it’s still a very good motherboard with RGB lighting. If you’re on a budget and you’re using an older AMD processor, you’ll have a hard time finding a better one for the money.

Conclusion

There are many excellent RGB motherboards available. This is the one that chose the best RGB motherboard in 2022. If you choose one from this list, make sure you don’t choose the one that makes up the majority of your budget. Especially those that cost more than the processor should be avoided.

You can add style and color to your PC with an RGB-lit motherboard, but if that’s not the only component you’re illuminating, make sure you can control the rest of the components using the same software.
